Jason Piatt, president of Praestar Technology Corporation, was recently the keynote speaker at the Power Transmission and Motion Control Representative Association (PTRA) Annual Meeting in Captiva Florida. Mr. Piatt spoke about "Selling to Lean and Six Sigma Customers" to over 180 sales and marketing executives from manufacturers and representative agencies located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
He completed his Six Sigma black belt training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Mr. Piatt finished first in his 16-week class, which included more than 150 engineers and managers from United Technologies, General Motors, Delphi Automotive, Stryker Corporation, and fulltime engineering graduate students.
